Pam has guided students through the physical and subtle practices of yoga for more than a decade.

Holiday Boot Camp

Holiday Boot Camp is our winter version of this booty-kicking 6-week program that will get you in the best shape of your life! Begins November 7th at 6am.

Beat the Bird

Keep your diet and training on track as the holidays approach with this special 10 class series.

Debra will focus on strength and endurance training including corrective rehabilitative work and therapeutic stretching.

Kids Nite Out - Halloween Party

Parents, do you need a few hours to yourselves? Leave the kids with us and we will entertain them while you go out!

Time: 4:00 pm
MANDATORY PRE-RACE MEETING AT 3:45PM.

ages 6-7:       25 meter swim, 1-lap bike, 1-lap run
ages 8-9:       50 meter swim, 2-lap bike, 2-lap run
ages 10-12:  75 meter swim, 3-lap bike, 3-lap run

100-Hour Club

What is the 100-Hour Club?  A FREE contest that runs from September 1 - December 31 to keep your exercise program consistent!

Boot Camp

Send the kids back to school and do something good for yourself! Six-week program begins August 18th. Instructed by Paula Sandoval.

Small group training for men & women

Swim Conditioning for Kids

This is a structured swim practice designed to prepare kids (if interested) for swim meets. It will include stroke production and swim etiquette with a positive team building approach.
