Debra will focus on strength training with corrective rehabilitative work, therapeutic stretching techniques, corrective movement for the most challenging strength and endurance training with the benefits of doing all the fix-it work.

Boot Camp

Send the kids back to school and do something good for yourself! Six-week program begins August 18th. Instructed by Paula Sandoval.

This is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take you to the next level and drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose. You must be in good health and currently exercise to participate in this program.Workouts are both Tuesday and Thursday.

Kettlebell Sport Class - New Series

Swim Conditioning for Kids

This is a structured swim practice designed to prepare kids (if interested) for swim meets. It will include stroke production and swim etiquette with a positive team building approach.

Healdsburg Half-Marathon

Want to run a half-marathon? Join RRCA certified running coach, Patrick Temple in this training group to get you to the finish line of the Healdsburg Half-Marathon.
