A 10-week weight loss program incorporating diet and fitness in a group environment receiving expert coaching and motivation!

First Meeting: Monday, January 23rd at 5:30 pm.

Weekly Meeting: Mondays at 5:30 pm - weigh-in, nutritional talk and workout.

Weekly Group Workouts (optional):

  • Mondays: 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Wednesdays: 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • Sundays: 7:30 am - 8:30 am

Cost: $349 per person

Limited to 20 participants

Includes:

  • Group meeting with a nutritionist on a weekly basis
  • Optional training sessions - 3 times per week
  • Learn how to make life long changes to get fit, lose weight and feel great!
