Reserving a Court

• Members may reserve courts up to 7 days in advance.
• To reserve a court, call the Front Desk at 707.526.0529 ext. 0.
• A Member can only reserve one court per day.
• Courts may be reserved up to 90 minutes for Singles
• Courts may be reserved up to 120 minutes for Couples
• Members are not allowed to reserve a court using another member’s name or number.

Check-in Requirements

• You must check in at the Front Desk before heading to the courts.
• If you have not checked in within 15 minutes of your court time, your court may be given to a waiting member and you will be charged a “no show” fee of $10.

Please note: We ask all players to leave the court promptly when their time expires. To request an extension, please return to the Front Desk after your reserved time is up.

Court Cancellation Policy

• Members will be charged a $3 "late cancellation" fee if a court reservation is not cancelled by closing time the night before.
• Members will be charged a $10 "no show" fee the court is unoccupied during the scheduled time of play.
