Water is mandatory-please bring a water bottle which will hold at least 16 oz. of fluid. Open containers are not allowed and you will be asked to remove them from the room.
We respect our equipment therefore it is necessary to wipe off the bike after class. They will last longer and be out of service much less if we do this each time.
Please do not talk during class. Not only is it distracting for the instructor and students but Spinning is meditative and talking can interfere with that experience.
If you have never taken a class, arrive early so the instructor can fit you properly on the bike. Proper bike fit alleviate some common problems and will help you enjoy your journey.
The warm-up is crucial. Please arrive to class on time as no one will be admitted 5 minutes after the start of class.
