Group Cycling

Indoor cycling is an exciting, exhilarating class format that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, higher intensity sprints and recovery. These classes use a stationary exercise bike with a weighted flywheel that allows for adjusting resistance for different types of exercises. Upbeat music and an engaging instructor give you get a great cardio workout.

Reservations strongly recommended.
How to reserve your bike:

  • Call club 707-526-0529 50 hours or less prior to class time
