We offer a variety of Yoga and Pilates classes for all levels.
Yoga links movement to breath creating flow sequences that move you from on energizing pose to another, integrating postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation to harmonize you on every level - body, mind and spirit. Our yoga classes are Vinyasa and Hatha style.
EnerQi Yoga is a combination of Qigong (soft, standing meditative movements) and Yoga, creating a gentle, synergistic blend of these powerful healing systems that will leave you feeling refereshed and revitalized.
Yin Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, moving a balancing energy through the acupressure of the deep postures. It is meditative and very therapeutic for body, mind and spirit.
Pilates Mat is a series of exercises based on the work of Joseph H. Pilates to strenghten and lengthen muscles with a focus on the body core.
