According to the Institute of Medicine the prevalance of obesity has more than doubled among preschoolers and teens and more than tripled among children ages 6-11. It's that time of year when kids are indoors playing video games and watching TV due to foul weather and short days. Helping kids make positive food choices and keeping them active is more important than ever!
