In recent months we have had many clients inquire about the proper way to handle Spa gratuities. Here are a few simple guidelines:

 

• Remember that gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated for exceptional service, which our service providers strive to provide with every treatment.
   
• If you are happy with your treatment it is standard to leave a 15% to 20% gratuity on the price of the treatment. For example, on a $64 massage you would leave $10.00 to $13.00 for the service provider.
   
• You may add your gratuity on to your credit card or membership account when you check out or you may leave a cash gratuity that the receptionist will file for the service provider.
   
• Gratuities are not included in most Gift Certificates so be sure to check in with the Spa receptionist if you would like to leave a gratuity and have paid with a Gift Certificate.
   
• If you are a regular Spa guest you may leave a gratuity for exceptional service after each visit.
   
• Our Service Providers want to earn your loyalty and gratuities are a great way to let them know they are on the right track!
