Appointments

We recommend scheduling appointments in advance so that we may accommodate your specific requests. Just call the Spa Desk at 707.303.3313 during regular spa hours.

Please make sure our receptionist is aware of any special health considerations, such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, skin allergies, or other physical limitations, before booking your appointment. Pregnant women and individuals with high blood pressure or heart conditions should consult a physician before having any treatment.

Be Our Guest

All Spa services include the use of Montecito Heights Health & Racquet Club’s locker room amenities, including the sauna, steam room, and showers. We invite you to arrive early and linger leisurely in our Relaxation Room, where you can enjoy complimentary tea, water and warm luxurious neck wraps.  Arriving early will also enhance the benefits of your spa treatment. We recommend that you drink non-alcoholic, decaffeinated beverages before and after spa services, and drink plenty of water.
