Aquatics

Masters Swim: An organized lap swim workout with coaching from Rick Niles and Dave Latourette. Workouts are of various lengths incorporating all strokes. Instruction will be given on stroke technique. This class is free and open to swimmers with some ability to swim 4 main strokes and enough cardio conditioning to swim for 60 minutes.

Class Times: Mon/Wed at 5:30 - 6:30 pm, Tue/Thu at 12:00- 1:00 pm, Sun. at 8:30 - 9:30 am

Aqua Aerobics: A non-impact aerobic and muscle-conditioning workout which takes place in both deep and shallow water. Equipment is used in this class which is provided by the club. Participants are encouraged to bring a water belt for the deep water exercises. Water Belts may be purchased at the front desk or on-line. Aqua aerobics is a great, safe, low impact, high energy workout.

Class Times: Mon, Wed and Fri at 11:15 am - 12:15 pm
