Holiday Boot Camp

Holiday Boot Camp is our winter version of this booty-kicking 6-week program that will get you in the best shape of your life! Begins November 1st at 6am.

Drill with Phil - Tennis for Kids

This 4-week is designed for kids who already know some basics of tennis. Classes will  include drills & instruction and is limited to 6 (minimum of 4).

9-14 years old

Swim Conditioning for Kids-July Session

NEXT SESSION! This is a structured swim practice designed to prepare kids (if interested) for swim meets. It will include stroke production and swim etiquette with a positive team building approach.

Boot Camp

Workout and diet to get the results you want for summer! Six-week program begins Monday, July 21 at 9:00. Instructed by Paula Sandoval.

This is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take you to the next level and drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose. You must be in good health and currently exercise to participate in this program.
