Get Fit and Have Fun! This is a fast paced class, moving from tennis, to strength, to cardio. Whether you are a beginner or a 4.5 player, can do 5 or 50 push-ups - this class will push you to the next level. All classes- 60 mins.

Boot Camp

Workout and diet to get the results you want for summer! Six-week program begins Saturday April 18th 6am. Instructed by Cheri Shoults and Catherine DuBay.

This is an intense diet and exercise program designed to take you to the next level and drop those extra 10 lbs you can't seem to lose. You must be in good health and currently exercise to participate in this program.

Improve your stroke and learn proper technique for learning how to get a workout swimming safe and effectively. Basic stroke knowledge needed.


April Workout w/Debra Devincenzi

Start your fitness goals early and get ready for the summer months with nutrition and fitness tips during the month of April with Debra.

Debra includes strength training, balance & yoga in this 45 min workout.

April 6th - 29th
Mondays and Wednesday
7:15 - 8:00 am

Cost: $75 member / $129 non-member

Rodney Strong Monte Rio Triathlon Training

This program is designed to help you get to the finish line of the Vineman Sprint or Olympic Distance Triathlon on May 31st with a smile on your face!

Coaches: Jenny Latourette & Layne Scoggins

Debra's class will include muscle, core and relaxation segments designed to burn fat, build strength and relax the mind.
