Swim Conditioning for Kids

This is a structured swim practice designed to prepare kids (if interested) for swim meets. It will include stroke production and swim etiquette with a positive team building approach.

Low impact full body workout. Equal benefit to running without the stress on the joints.

Vineman Monte Rio Triathlon Training

This program is designed to help you get to the finish line of the Vineman Olympic Distance Triathlon in June with a smile on your face!

Coaches: Jonathan Barber, Catherine DuBay and Karen Chequer-Pfeiffer

12-week training program fee: $149 for health club members

Coached sessions:
    Mondays at 4:30 pm - swim
    Wednesdays at 8:30 am - run
    Saturdays at 8:30 am - bike
