Monday to Thursday (9am to 3pm): Drills, Fitness, etc.
Friday: Tournament (9am to 1pm).
- 30 minutes tennis specific warm-ups.
- 3‑hour tennis practice per day (90 minutes in the morning, 90 minutes in the afternoon)
- 1h conditioning per day (speed, agility, coordination, stamina, strength, flexibility,…)
- 30 minute “special” daily class (yoga, nutrition, match analysis, match preparation)
- Matches (doubles, singles).
Rate: $300 (members) / $350 (non-members).
Spaces limited to 12 players.
